Diagnosis Preoperative MRI: Evidence of lumbar spinal canal narrowing at L4-L5 The magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed a narrowing of the spinal canal at L4-L5, a condition known as lumbar spinal stenosis, where compression of the nerve structures causes pain, numbness, and functional limitation. Minimally Invasive Surgical Approach A modern and minimally invasive approach was chosen: endoscopic spine surgery. This technique allows effective decompression of the spinal cord and nerve roots through a small incision, minimizing tissue damage and accelerating recovery. Postoperative Progress Post-operative Magnetic Resonance Imaging: Evidence of canal release, with total preservation of the lumbar musculature The patient had an excellent recovery, with the following results: ✅ Significant pain relief (Preoperative VAS: 8 → Postoperative VAS: 2) ✅ Improvement in quality of life (ODI: 26%) ✅ Returned to work in just 3 months ✅ Subjective perception of success: Very Good Conclusion: Endoscopic spine surgery has proven to be an effective solution for treating symptomatic lumbar stenosis, […]

[26

post-243104","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-spinal-endoscopy
["GET
